Heather provides personal training for all levels and goals, but emphasizes strength training in all of her plans. She believes that every woman can benefit from strength training because gaining strength translates into empowerment, increased self-esteem, and mental and physical strength both in and out of the gym.

Her nutrition coaching uses a holistic approach of behavior change principles, habit development, life coaching exercises, and applicable nutrition education so that women can feel confident and knowledgeable enough to make their own nutrition choices, reach their goals, and ditch restrictive fad diets for good!
