I have been working through not subscribing to the norms of #entrepreneur life

"you can start your own thing after you have worked in corporate for a long time"
"you should wake up at 7 so you can be in the office by 9"
"you should have one business that's it"
"you have to do it this way to scale"
... and it goes on.

but I lovingly say F*CK that. I have to remember not to compare or copy and paste. My mission is different, my zone of genius is different, I am here to do things differently.

I am here to write my own story of what a successful business looks like. And so are you. This is your reminder, that you might not be creative at 7 in the morning, you might not have had the perfect resume to back up what you are doing and you aren't supposed to scale in the same way that every other business in your field does. THAT IS THE POINT.

go change the game. go do things differently. the world needs you to do it your own way.
